Tennis Error Management™, provided by Elite Team Headquarters LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all monthly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and select Request a refund, or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle.
  3. Alternatively, contact our support team through the in-app help link and we will forward your refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the Service. Cancelling stops future billing; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. After a successful refund of your most recent payment, your access to paid features will end.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law).
